Ariel Mierendorf

Hello beautiful! My name is Ariel Mierendorf and what a blessing it is to say I grew up in Flagstaff! I have a bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado where I began pursuing my passion for health as a personal fitness coach. Recently I have focused my efforts on coordinating fitness and wellness retreats. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, practicing yoga, hiking with my sweet dog, riding my bike downtown and dancing to live music. I am looking forward to welcoming you into the incredible space that is Flagstaff Face & Body and it is my hope to make your experience as wonderful as possible!
