Norma Homco

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, I started my nursing career at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Phoenix, AZ. working as a Charge Nurse in the Nursery Intensive Care Unit and on the team for High Risk Deliveries.    In August, 1995, I had the opportunity to look a different direction when I interviewed with Dr. John Bass.  Plastic surgery was an up and coming specialty in the Valley and I felt that it would be a welcoming part of my career to be part of a team that helps healthy patients feel better about the way they look.

With Dr. Bass as my mentor I became familiar with everything from breast reconstruction to all the surgical procedures for the face and body.  During the late 90’s is also just about the time when Botox and fillers started making their entrance into the aesthetic world.  By attending conferences of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as attending numerous Injector conferences and training sessions my knowledge of this amazing field continues to grow.  Over the years I have taught training sessions for doctors and nurses in techniques to uses in  facial volumizing  and neurotoxins.   I recently celebrated my 20^th year working with Dr. Bass – love this business.

Currently, I co-consult with Dr. Bass, presenting surgical and non-surgical options to our clients and do all aspects of patient care.  I also enjoy getting artistic erasing wrinkles and lifting faces and hands with the non-surgical products available to this industry.
