To be a FaB Club member, you just have to sign up! Once a member, keep your contact information current and visit us at least 4 times in a calendar year. Your FaB Club benefits apply your next visit after you join.

By signing up for FaB Club, you agree that it is okay for Flagstaff Face and Body to contact you via mail, email, or phone. Flagstaff Face and Body reserves the right to modify the FaB Club terms and/or discontinue at any time.

Agreement: FaB Club is free to join and exists to provide regular clients loyalty rewards. By signing I acknowledge that in order to remain a member, I must keep my contact information current at all times and visit the spa at least four times in a twelve month period. I agree to receive correspondence from Flagstaff Face & Body via email, phone, or postal mail. I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time and that my rewards will stop accruing at that time. The FaB Club program is subject to change or be discontinued at any time. Rewards points cannot be combined with any other offer. Reward points do not hold a cash value. Reward points expire after one year.

Referral Program

Refer your friends and family to Flagstaff Face & Body and earn valuable Referral Rewards! It’s simple: For every referral, you receive 1000 reward points. To continue to earn your Flagstaff Face & Body Referral Rewards, follow these easy guidelines:

Confirm that you are a member of the FaB club and that your contact information is correct in our database.
Encourage your friends and family to make a relaxing appointment at Flagstaff Face & Body.
When your friends and family arrive for services they must write your name on their Client Intake Form for you to receive credit.
Flagstaff Face & Body Referral Reward points accrue automatically when your referral visits the spa and fills in your name on their Client Intake Form.

You must be a FaB club member to get referral reward points. Flagstaff Face & Body can not be responsible for retro active point allowances if your referral does not put down your name or if your name is illegible on the form.
