POINTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

Booking an appointment
Call Flagstaff Face & Body at 928.226.WELL (9355) to book your appointment. If you would like special arrangements for your group or a catered lunch, please let us know at the time of booking. When you schedule an appointment that includes 2 or more services, a credit card and/or gift certificate number is required to reserve your appointment.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service. Arriving late will shorten your spa experience. Keep in mind that your treatment will end on time as a courtesy to the next client.

Cancellations
We have reserved time with you and look forward to your visit. We would appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may work with another client if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Spa packages require a 24 hour cancellation.
Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for insufficient notice and no-shows will be charged 100% for the scheduled time.
