POINTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

Spa Policies

Booking an appointment – Call Flagstaff Face & Body at 928.226.9355 to book your appointment. When scheduling appointments that include 2 or more services, a credit card and/or gift certificate number is required for your reservation. Please carefully review our cancellation policy. You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments unless you are accompanied by a parent and/or provide written approval from your legal guardian. If you would like us to consider any special arrangements for your group, please let us know at the time of booking.

Arrival Time – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service. Arriving late will shorten your spa experience. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your personal profile and medical history. If you are late we will try to accommodate you but keep in mind that your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next client.

Children – We request that no children under 12 years of age be brought into the spa. Children 12 and older are welcome if they have an appointment for services and are chaperoned by a parent or guardian. Children may not be left unattended in the spa lobby.

Cancellations – We have reserved time with you and look forward to your visit. We would appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may work with another client if you are unable to keep your appointment. No shows and late cancellations will be billed 100% for the service(s) reserved. If the service time can be filled you will not be billed.

Payment – Refer to our service menu for rates of specific services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and gift cards. We do not accept 3rd party payments. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Spa Etiquette

Noise – We strive to keep our spa environment one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in the lobby and all treatment areas.

Cell phones – For the respect of all spa guests’ tranquility, cell phones are not permitted. Please turn all cell phones and pagers off (or to vibrate) before entering the spa.

Gratuity – The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (please let us know if it wasn’t)  it is customary to tip your therapist at your discretion.
